Currently, we are seeking a full-time, permanent Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers a wage of CAD 29.00 per hour for 35 hours per week. There is one job vacancy.

Requirements:
-Completion of a college diploma
-Preferred experience in relevant field
-Fluency and efficiently in English
-Strong service-oriented approach and professional competence
-Efficient daily task prioritization skills

Job Description:
-Coordinate and oversea events such as seminars and conferences
-Record and documents meeting minutes for various types of gatherings
-Establish and optimize office procedures and routines for smooth daily operations
-Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments effectively
-Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and electronic inquiries promptly and professionally, and direct them to the relevant staff
-Compile and analyze various data sets to extract relevant information
-Maintain inventory level of office supplies and handle ordering process as necessary
-Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations
-Welcome and assist clients to appropriate contacts as needed
-Manage incoming mail and emails ensuring timely distribution and responses
-Implement and maintain filing systems for organized data management
-Perform typing and proofreading tasks for materials and documents with accuracy and attention to detail
-Other duties as assigned
