• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Strong ability to take initiative, create work priorities, and make sure that the deadlines are met.
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

• Manage office administrative procedures, review and evaluate new procedures.
• Serves as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
• Coordinate with different departments and teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the office.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and cordiality when working with others
• Provide administrative assistance in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This may include tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining office calendars.
• May act as lead to other administrative staff ensuring smooth workflow, and assist in interpreting policies, procedures, and processes and clarifies as appropriate.
• May oversee record maintenance.
• May take on additional duties as required.
