Asa Ji Enterprises Ltd. DBA Chevron located at 3 E 8th Ave, New Westminster, BC, V3L 4J3 is looking for a full-time Retail Store Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible.

Position: Retail Store Supervisor
Position Available: 1
Wage: $23.00 per hour
Duration: 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 3 E 8th Ave, New Westminster, BC, V3L 4J3
Job Duties:
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Train and supervise staff
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: At least 1-2 years retail sales experience is required.
Language: English (Oral and Written)
Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Organized, Team player
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail
