TDA Landscape Services Inc. assists landscaping contractors with their labour needs. We are members of the Landscape Ontario Horticultural Trades Association, which increases our ability to serve the landscaping community. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Landscaper who is ready to be part of a team.
We are looking for hard working general labourer landscapers to join our team!
JOB Duties:
Perform maintenance on snowblowers, and other landscape equipment;
-Maintain landscaped environments by performing other manual duties;
-Perform maintenance duties as directed by supervisor, such as raking, aerating dethatching, fertilizing and watering lawns, weeding gardens, pruning shrubs and trees;
-Keep the grass and lawns along the roadside mowed and maintained;
-Assist in the construction of a landscape and related structures, spread top soil, lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs, and trees;
-Control insects and diseases by spraying and dusting trees, shrubs, lawns, and gardens according to instructions;
REQUIREMENTS:
-High School Diploma (Preferred);
-1-year experience in construction is preferred;
-Able to work independently and as part of a team;
-Physically demanding;
-Ability to stand for long periods of time;
