We are looking for an HR Specialist to help with all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Specialist will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Key Aspects of Role
Administer employee records via Paylocity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Manage complete onboarding and conduct new hire orientation through Embark.
Update and help create company policies as per growth of the company.
Manage employee training assignments through Zywave.
Coordinate immigration cases utilizing the Envoy system.
Serve as primary contact for HR, immigration, and policy inquiries.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field is recommended.
At least 1 year of experience in working in HR or related field.
Have knowledge with systems such as Zywave, used for training, Paylocity, HRIS system and Embark, to run orientations.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
