The Role: Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Regional Administration, the Director of Windsor Education Center (WEC) will serve as the on-site administrator for Campbellsville University (CU) Canada/Windsor. The qualified candidate will provide oversite to the day-to-day processes of the WEC, including budgeting and budget controls, staffing, recruiting, marketing, and strategic planning. Additionally, the Director will be the primary liaison and will be responsible for reporting all PEQAB and Ministry of Colleges and University requirements. This job is a full-time position, with oversight responsibilities for CU Canada.

General Skills and Duties
Consult with government regulatory and licensing agencies to ensure conformance to provincial standards; Develop curriculum for training programs; Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of a private college or institute specializing in trades, technology or business; Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the registration activities and academic records system of a college or university; Plan, administer and control budgets for projects, programs, support services and equipment; Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate academic and related activities of a college or university faculty.

Detailed Skills and Duties
• Develop a positive educational environment that promotes learning, professional staff activity and quality educational outcomes.
• Guide faculty and staff in student recruitment and enrollment.
• Work to ensure enrollment benchmarks are met at the CU Canada, while following appropriate policies.
• Work to research, forecast, and identify programming needs.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the staff CU Canada, business partners, and program counterparts at the Campbellsville, KY campus.
• Coordinate with the Louisville Education Center (LEC) Graduate Programs for development and initiation.
• Help implement new programming at CU Canada as needs arise.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the WEC.
• Be available to make periodic trips to the main campus or other regional campuses as required.
• Have working knowledge of the student application process and be willing to assist in admission processes for CU Canada.
• Lead faculty and staff in building curriculum, class scheduling, and classroom allocations.
• Assist in recruiting, retaining, and advising students.
• Coordinate closely with main campus admissions, financial aid, and development.
• Assist in completing any additional tasks deemed appropriate, as given by direct supervisors.
• Uphold the mission of the university in professional and personal life, conducting oneself with integrity and professionalism.
• Actively develop relationships with stakeholders, both in business and academic settings.
• Assist in the recruitment and seating of a board of advisors for the WEC, which consist of Canadian professionals.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to ensure effective operations.
• Develop long-term and short-term strategic plans for the WEC.
• Prepare yearly budgets and maintain budgetary controls.
• Forecast enrollments and maintain support services for students.
• Provide oversight for the physical space of the WEC in coordination with the lessor.
• Serve as the primary contact for PEQAB and the Ministry of Colleges and Universities
• Oversee all regulatory reporting.
