Duties:
Plan and direct grounds maintenance
Organize and direct planting of trees, gardens, and lawns.
Organize and direct construction of fences, decks, and walls.
Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work.
Establish work schedules and procedures.
Repair and maintain equipment.
Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Resolve work related problems.
Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers.
Job Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school is an asset.
– A college diploma, specialized courses or industry-related training and certification in landscaping and horticulture is an asset.
– 01 to 02 years of experience in landscape or horticulture technician is required.
