Position: Marketing Coordinator
Wage: C$28 per hour
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours/week
Vacation Pay: 4% vacation pay of each gross payroll
Term of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: Mount Pearl, NL A1N 0A5

Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of prior experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, or a related field
• Communication and interpersonal skills

• Strategic and problem-solving skills
Job Duties:
• Examine the content for promotion, creating tailored marketing and advertising strategies aligned with the company's services.
• Provide informed guidance on marketing, advertising, and promotional tactics.
• Create and execute plans and corresponding content for marketing campaigns.
• Analyze the outcomes of promotional efforts and to make data-driven decisions.
• Manage online platforms for engagement and attend to customer feedback
• Convey policies and updates to partners, clients, and employees.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, investor preferences, and the competitive landscape within the trading industry.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, analyses, and presentations pertaining to marketing initiatives, market trends, and trading strategies.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, retailers, and business partners to expand distribution networks and increase sales opportunities.
