Job Description:
• Create and update course outlines, materials, and resources that align biology learning with vocational subjects.
• Provide dynamic and interactive Biology instruction, integrating industry-specific skills into the curriculum.
• Design and administer assessments, exams, assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Tailor teaching methods to cater to diverse student backgrounds, language levels, and learning styles.
• Coordinate with vocational instructors to ensure Biology instruction complements vocational training, fostering interdisciplinary learning.
• Provide individualized assistance to students facing course challenges.
• Track and evaluate student study development, identifying areas of improvement and adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, attend workshops, and contribute to the college community through curriculum enhancement.
Qualifications & Experience:
• College diploma or demonstrated expertise in the field of instruction
• 1-2 years relative working experience
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• A patient and resilient personality
• Dedication to students and education.
