Being a Vancouver based start-up, our modern and scenic office is located in downtown Vancouver. We are an experienced, personalized IT consulting firm. With our rapid growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and lead the company to reach a huge success.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Establish objectives and manage daily operations of C&R Digital Consulting.
-Formulate and implement company-wide standards and practices which include big-picture planning based on the business objective.
-Work with the company director and management team to set clear priorities, analyze the risks and return, and allocate the company resources wisely to balance the long-term and immediate needs.
-Recruit and select appropriate middle-level management talent, define job descriptions of the positions, evaluate employees’ performance, recognize achievements.9.74
-Coordinate the work of departments and allocate tasks effectively to improve productivity and create a positive working environment.
-Performs other duties as assigned and as strategically necessary for the business's success.
Qualification Requirements:
1.A bachelor’s degree is required.
2.At least 3 years of managerial working experience is required.
3.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
