Position Overview:
The Vice-president and General Sales Manager plays a critical role in steering the sales and marketing strategy of Birdie Indoor Golf Center Ltd. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing all sales-related activities, including strategic planning, marketing, promotional campaigns, and team management, to drive revenue growth and market presence.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Develop and implement robust financial and administrative controls to ensure the organization's fiscal and operational health. This includes budget management, financial forecasting, and the establishment of efficient administrative processes.
• Lead the creation and approval of comprehensive promotional campaigns designed to increase the organization's market presence and consumer engagement.
• Strategic Objectives and Policy Formulation: Set clear, actionable objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that drive success.
• Representation and Negotiation: Act as the face of the organization or appoint delegates to represent the organization in high-stakes negotiations and other official functions.
• Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless logistics and high-impact outcomes.
• Establish and refine organizational policies and procedures related to sales, ensuring a strategic approach to achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Lead and inspire the sales team to build strong relationships with business clients, manage negotiations of sales contracts effectively, and achieve sales goals.
• Play a critical role in recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns.
• Regularly assess the business's competitiveness and performance by analyzing market data and internal metrics.
• Oversee the analysis of sales data and market information to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies.
• Direct oversight of sale and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Repot the department’s monthly and annual work and achievement for owner and partner.

Job Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business, marketing and communication.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a sport industry and similar role, such as email marketing, social media marketing, copywriting, and web analytics.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership role as a supervisor and/or manager.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.
• Strong capability in data analysis and interpretation.
• Extensive experience in strategic planning related to sales and marketing.
• Proven track record in driving sales promotions and enhancing market presence.
• In-depth knowledge of operations management, crucial for streamlined business processes.
• Expertise in brand management to build and maintain a strong brand identity.
• Familiarity with digital media platforms and strategies to leverage them for marketing purposes.
• Understanding of E-commerce systems and strategies to enhance online sales channels.
• Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to make decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to work closely and cooperatively with internal and external clients at all levels.
