Salary: CAD 17.62-20.62 per hour
Working Hours: At least 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation

Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school education
• Previous commercial cooking experience is an asset
Main Duties:
• Prepare and cook Western style breakfast and brunch dishes including pancakes, omelets, waffles, and sandwiches
• Arrange menus and portions, and garnish dishes
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Manage the inventory of food ingredients
• Coordinate and supervise work of kitchen staff
