Our business is currently looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of “Financial Accounting Supervisor” for our immigration consulting firm, Amey Worldwide International Associates Inc.
Amey Worldwide is an Immigration Consulting firm based in Scarborough Ontario Canada. We have over 35 years of experience with a foundation of dedication and expertise in providing quality immigration services.
The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in English with great communication skills. Candidates must have a minimum education of a secondary school graduation certificate. We are looking for someone who holds experience in a similar position or field with a minimum of two (2) years to less than three (3) years.
Areas of experience and specialization must include computer and technology knowledge. Experience with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as they are crucial for potential candidates. Ideal candidates should also have specialization in accounting software and accounting.
The selected candidate will hold a number of responsibilities. You will be required to establish work schedules and procedures, train workers in duties and policies and prepare and submit reports. The ideal candidate must be able to ensure smooth operation of equipment, resolve work related problems and ensure accuracy of financial transactions. You will be required to co-ordinate, assign and review work, Requisition or order materials equipment and supplies and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
We are looking for a reliable, organized individual who is accurate and client focused and has excellent oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have efficient interpersonal skills and will have valuable judgment and flexibility and a team player.
The work conditions and physical capabilities in this busy workspace will require you to be working in a fast-paced environment you must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines. It is crucial that the candidate is able to pay close attention to details for this position.
This is a permanent full time position the requires 37.5 hours per week with an hourly pay of $36.00/hour. Youth, Indigenous people, and newcomers to Canada are welcome and encouraged to apply.
There will be supervision of 5-10 individuals at a time.
