  Description :  
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and set up office operating procedures and policies; evaluate and implement new policies and procedures to improve office efficiency.
2. Assign tasks to office support staff to facilitate smooth business operations, ensuring the procedures are followed and the tasks are performed in a timely manner.
3. Prioritize and manage internal/external meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts efficiently.
4. Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, invoices, etc.
5. Update and maintain client information system to ensure accuracy.
6. Assist in developing the budget and marketing reports.
7. Monitor and maintain office equipment, request repair when needed.
8. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Language: English
• Education: College diploma or above
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent keyboarding/word processing skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Full-time, Permanent, 35 hours per week
