Responsibilities:
Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, Manage finances or budget, Prepare monthly budget and financial statements, Deliver strategic financial contribution on key decisions, including the evaluation of creating another office location that will include capital structure, Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures, Manage and apply marketing programs, develop portfolio with suppliers, industry, and promote services, Develop financial products that will drive additional revenue, Establish and grow relationships with internal and external stakeholders and regulators, Deliver efforts to automate processes, oversee tax planning, Negotiate with banking and commercial lenders, Establish credibility within the organization.
