Job Description for the position of Warehouse Supervisor at DK Floors Ltd. is as:
• Responsible to plan, manage and supervise workers in the warehouse.
• Execute work schedules, ensuring procedures and policies in accordance with standards, conflict resolution, report progress and create operational efficiencies.
• Maintain hygienic storage and safeguard the handling of fragile items.
• Meet quality control standards in the warehouse as per company policy.
• Supervise ordering, receiving and maintaining of the supplies and inventories.
• Coordinate the warehouse supply and document the details.
• Ensure training of other associates in compliance with health and safety standards regarding equipment handling.
• To respond to any of the manager's inquiries.
• Communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written form.
• Ability to work individually as well as with others, a team-oriented person, able to train other associates as needed.
• Basic knowledge of computer is an asset.
Skills and Experience requirement:
• Completion of Secondary Education is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Heavy lifting may be required.
