Job Description for the position of Retail Store Supervisor at DK Floors Ltd. is as:
• Assign duties to sales workers and prepare their work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Hire and train new sales workers or arrange for training of staff
• Resolve customer complaints and other problems that may arise
• Sell merchandise to customers
• Prepare and submit reports to management
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service, cleanliness and health safety are met
• Perform other related duties as required
Skills and Experience requirement:
• Completion of Secondary Education is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Good command over the English language is required.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
