We partner in over 100 construction projects annually and specialize in land development, commercial construction/tenant improvements, and custom residential homes. We are seeking one full-time Carpenter helper to come and work with us.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties include but are not limited to assist in:

• Commercial and residential renovations/repairs and new construction of various components such as floors, stairs, doors, windows, cabinets, etc.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
• Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding, and hardware.
• Maintenance of equipment.
• General Labour.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• On-the-job training may be provided.

JOB DETAILS:

• Employer: A&T Project Developments Inc.
• Work Setting: 102 - 1339 McGill Rd, Kamloops BC V2C 6K7, Canada.
• Location: Kamloops, BC.
• Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Long-Term.
• Hours of work: 40 hours per week. Schedule: Mondays through Fridays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, and/or weekends if required.
• Wages: $24.50 per hour
• Overtime: One and one-half times the regular wage rate as per provincial regulations.
