Responsibilities:
1. Design company’s sales strategies, procedures, hierarchy, rules, and other working standards and plans.
2. Meet with company management and other managers to discuss company’s future directions.
3. Recruit and manage sales team members.
4. Motivate sales team to work efficiently by training, resource allocation, performance review and rewards.
5. Guide team to negotiate with potential customers, build relationships and sign contracts.
6. Plan and arrange special sales campaigns for existing and new products/services.
7. Receive customer purchase information and feedback, share with other departments, analyze information to improve future sales activities.
8. Communicate with other departments, suppliers and contractors for sales and customer service.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. At minimum of 5 years in sales team management positions.
3. Outstanding written and spoken communication abilities.
4. Efficient in organization and handling projects.
5. Excellent skills and knowledge in sales and management.
6. Capability to juggle multiple tasks and shift focus quickly on a dynamic setting.
