Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 30 hours/week
Hourly Wage: $87.50/hour

[ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ]
? Participate in planning and execution of company’s general strategies and policies, especially for company’s marketing work.
? Manage the establishment and operation of marketing department.
? Design the structure and rules of marketing department, and oversee the application.
? Recruit marketing managers, and lead managers to implement company’s strategies, policies, operation and marketing campaigns.
? Conduct market research, and use the collected information to guide company’s marketing activities.
? Plan the use of budgets and resources, and assign them to department staff for work.
? Build cooperative relationships with marketing agencies and other organizations for company’s marketing activities.
[ REQUIREMENTS ]
At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Marketing.
At least 5 years of experience in company’s senior marketing leadership position in financial, media, marketing and business consultation industries.
Strong skills of marketing strategy making and implementation, multitasking, and working under pressure.
