Job Duties:
The qualified candidate should be able to perform the following duties:
•Responsible for preparing and cooking Indian and continental dishes as well as organizing and arranging cooked foods.
•Communicate with servers to make sure that the customers’ orders are being processed accordingly.
•Oversee kitchen operations.
•Train Kitchen staff, schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
•Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
•Perform other duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Completion of Secondary School
• Minimum 1 year of cooking experience required.
• Ability to work late evenings and weekends required.
