Salary: $20.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate orally in English is required;
- Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
- 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a cook is required.
Job duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
- Cook, prepare, and present Salada and Starters such as Kinpira, Ohitashi Salad, Buckwheat noodle INARI, and Teriyaki TOFU;
- Cook, prepare, and present Hand-crafted Asian Appetizers such as Karaage, Sockeye Salmon cake, Prawn Mayo, and Vegetable Spring rolls;
- Cook, prepare, and present Original Asian Burgers such as Beef Burger, Fish Burger, and EBI-EBI Burger;
- Cook, prepare, and present Signature Noodle Dishes such as Spicy Coconut RAMEN, MISO Sesame RAMEN, VEGAN SHIO RAMEN, and VEGAN SOBA Salad;
- Cook, prepare, and present Signature Main Dishes such as Korean BBQ Beef Rice Bowl, Grilled Thai Chicken with rice, Vegetable YAKISOBA noodles, and Original Curry rice;
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances;
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies and equipment;
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas;
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers;
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
- Clean kitchen and work areas.
