Work Location: Candidates are required to work at various locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver, per company contracts.
Wage rate: $ 38.00 per hour (40 hours per week)
Education: High School
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
Language: Basic Knowledge of English.
Job Duties:
• Supervise multiple ongoing projects and ensure targets are being met.
• Supervise, Co-ordinate and schedule construction workers, laborer’s and subcontractors
• Ensure health and safety procedures are being followed by all the workers
• Hire and train new workers
• Purchase and order material in the quantity needed
• Ensure the materials are available at the site and of a high quality
• Prepare progress reports
Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the morning or day or on weekends, if required.
Other Information: Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada. Position is available and open to Aboriginal persons, youth, new immigrants, and persons with disabilities.
Working Conditions: Candidate should be able to lift weight (50lbs). Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, rain, or shine.
