1432864 B.C. Ltd O/A Bayleaf- Indian Fusion located at 201 Fairway Dr, Fernie, BC, V0B 1M5 is looking for Assistant Manager- Restaurant with minimum high school education. The candidate should also have either a minimum of 1 year of related experience or diploma/ certificate in relevant education. Pay per hour will be $27.50. This is a permanent full-time position for 32-40 hours a week.
Following is major set of duties but not limited to:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Maximizes restaurant profitability and meet restaurant financial objectives.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff of restaurant.
