We are now hiring an Internal Auditor with three main targets: value creation, risk mitigation, and cost reduction. The overall objective is to act as an independent assurance to AutoMind’s internal financial operations and auto loans & leasing risk management.

Job Duties: 
1.Conduct hands-on audits independently with integrity in line with financial procedures and standards.
2.Plan and organize workload so that audit activities are completed accurately and on time, including selected follow-up to secure implementation of committed corrective actions.
3.Collect, examine, analyze, and verify data and information about the branch's systems and processes by reviewing journal and ledger entries, financial statements, reports, expenditures, and other written materials, and by interviewing internal members where required.
4.Review, examine and analyze Lease & Loan documentation to ensure accuracy and risk are mitigated, in accordance with third party’s credit approval and internal policies and procedures.
5.Develop recommendations for changes to processes and systems that will minimize risk, improve performance and productivity, and ensure the organization complies with relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
6.Prepare audit reports that accurately document the audit process and its findings in a way that ensures the content is understood by the receiver.
7.Assist in conducting fraud and corruption investigations.
8.Coordinate with external third parties and regulators to enable the completion of their work with minimal duplication of effort and impact to business areas.

Qualifications:
1.A college diploma in accounting, finance, business management, or a related field of study is required.
2.Prior 2 years of work experience in documentation, closings, or previous accountant and audit experience of complex finance within a financial role is required.
3.Analytical abilities, such as drawing conclusions based on root cause analysis.
4.Experience in modern audit tools, such as data analysis.
5.Experience in audit management, identifying key components, and preventing scope creep.
6.Diplomacy and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7.Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a variety of tasks and projects.
