Raymond Centex Gas/Bottle Depot - We are looking for a Bottle Depot Supervisor – recycling. This is a permanent, full time position working 30 to 35 hours a week.
The ideal candidate will have completed high school and have at least one year of previous supervisory experience OR related experience. The candidate should also able to read, write, and speak English.

Job Duties
Assign depot staffs with duties and prepare work schedules.
Supervise and direct depot staff to make sure safe, accurate, and efficient work.
Ensure all the standard work procedures are followed in compliance with the Beverage Container Management Board.
Handle and resolve work-related issues or conflicts.
Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment.
Report to manager regarding sales volumes.
Hire, train, and supervise depot staff ensuring safety procedures and company policies.
Skill Requirements
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a relevant industry or supervisory experience
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people
Security and Safety: Bondable
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads
Specific Skills: Establish work schedules and procedures, Prepare and submit reports, Resolve work related problems, Recruit and hire staff, Train workers in duties and policies, Arrange training for staff
