About the job:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Project Manager to join our team at Yocale. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our technology projects, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budgets. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a platform that brings local businesses and consumers together.
Job Duties:
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans tailored to enhance the Yocale platform's unique features
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, understanding and aligning projects with the Yocale brand ethos
• Strengthen relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs and feedback shape the direction of our technology projects
• Proactively develop risk mitigation strategies that resonate with Yocale's mission and values, ensuring a resilient and adaptable technology landscape
• Be the bridge between technical teams and senior leadership, fostering a deep understanding of how projects align with and advance Yocale's community-driven mission
• Optimize project resources while keeping in mind the dynamic nature of our platform
• Collaborate closely with team members to align resource allocation with Yocale's innovative goals
• Ensure that project deliverables align with Yocale's commitment to excellence and user satisfaction
• Actively seek feedback from users, senior leadership, and team members to inform continuous improvement efforts
• Perform other tasks as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
• Proven 5+ experience as an IT Project Manager
• Bachelor’s degree
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate the Yocale brand in a tech context
• Track record of managing multiple projects concurrently
