Duties and responsibilities as Administrative Assistant are follows:

- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars for the professionals.
- Greeting visitors to the office in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all client’s records, including treatment history, treatment plan, and insurance details, are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain a filing system that is organized and easy to access.
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies and treatment products and ensure that they are well-stocked at all times. ensure that shelves are well-stocked and products are properly displayed.
- Assist in organizing product displays, and recommending products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Schedule appointments for initial consultations, treatments, and services. Coordinate with clients and specialists to ensure appointments are booked efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of product inventory, sales transactions, customer information, and appointment schedules. Prepare reports as needed by management.
- Collaborate with other members or relevant departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow. Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry.
- May supervise and train new office staff in use of computer filling system, and other software related to invoicing and so on.
- Make travel arrangements for company needs such as booking flights,cars and hotel reservations.


Job requirement:

Education: High School Degree
Work experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Wage: $29.00 - $30.00 / hr
