Work setting: Transportation, Warehouse, Yard, Rural Area
Job Duties: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, be very detail oriented, able to handle up to 30lbs. Must be accurate, flexible, organized, reliable, a team player, show efficient interpersonal skills, show initiative, be able to make proper judgment on situations, be a team player. Must be proficient/familiar with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Windows, Spreadsheets, Electronic mail. Establish work schedules and procedures. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Recruit and hire staff. Train workers in duties and policies. Resolve work related problems. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Prepare and maintain progress and other reports. Be able to supervise 3-10 people efficiently.
