Job duties:
· Oversee and supervise sales representatives and cashiers.
· Assign responsibilities to sales personnel and create work schedules.
· Give permission for payments and product returns.
· Address any potential problems, such as demands from customers, grievances, and shortages of supplies.
· Uphold the designated stock levels and place orders for goods.
· Make sure the store's aesthetic standards and reputation are upheld, including the cleanliness, signs, and displays.
Job Requirements:
· Completion of secondary education is required.
· 2-3 years of previous retail experience required as salesperson or salesclerk and cashier.
Terms of employment:
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Wages: $ 29 per hour. Overtime starts after 40 hours a week.
