We are now recruiting a Computer Network Technician role to support our growing website and system needs. We will rely on this position to secure and maintain our network infrastructure, supporting communication, and emerging technologies implementation. He or she will ensure the overall efficiency and reliability of our IT systems which in turn will provide a better client experience for anyone visiting our platforms.

Job Duties:
1. Assume responsibility for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's office network infrastructure, including mainframe networks, routers, in-house servers, and other networking components.
2. Examine and apply security measures to protect sensitive company information, such as financial data, legal documents, and client details, from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
3. Monitor our communication systems to ensure privacy protection on all internal and external messaging, as well as establishing stable communication channels for all staff across different operation sites.
4. Conduct thorough backup regularly and set recovery solutions in place to ensure that critical data is protected and can be restored in case of unexpected events.
5. Diagnose and resolve network-related issues encountered by staff or clients, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth business operations.
6. Install new network hardware or software based on management requests to improve our online presence and project execution efficiency.
7. Run tests and perform quality controls for network traffic while monitoring network server performance.
8. Manage business relationships with clients and stakeholders in the real estate industry through implementing CRM systems; ensure efficient tracking and management of client preferences and interactions.
9. Suggest adopting smart systems to the management, such as smart security, energy management, automation, and AR technology to present a more client-friendly experience.
10. Create secured remote access solutions, allowing employees to work from various locations that improve work flexibility and productivity.



Qualifications:
1. A college diploma in computer science, network technology, or relevant experience in a similar field is required.
2. Previous work experience or training in the software area is an asset.
3. Strong analytical skills to facilitate network diagnosis and solutions.
4. Display a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
5. Able to communicate effectively with co-workers for better work productivity.
6. Possess effective time management skills regarding prioritizing tasks and responding promptly to critical issues.
