Description

We are seeking an experienced baker with at least one year of previous experience in a bakery. Helpful if knows about baking breads and pizza dough.

Job duties description:
    
    Prepare dough for pies, breads and pizza dough

    Prepare dough for Croissants, pastries and desserts according to recipes

    Prepare and Bake mixed muffin batters and
    cookie doughs

    Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes using our kitchen utensils and equipment.

   Inspect baked goods and serving areas to ensure Food Safe Standard

   Practice safe sanitary food-handling

   Plan and Verify orders according to customers orders deadlines.

   Understand and adheres to all quality standards, recipes, formulas and procedure as outlined in our Operation manual.

   Keep track of inventory and records of goods, equipment and supply.

   Setting up the showcase with pastries and fresh bread

   Responsible for cleanliness of baking area


Job requirements:

   Completion in Secondary School is required

   Candidate must have at least a year plus in working experience in baking the related field.

   Language should be moderate in English language skill.

   Ability to read and follow recipes.

   Good organizational skills.

   On-the-job training may be provided.

   Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations.
