Job Duties:
• Collaborate with cross-functional units/internal clients to identify and document requirements;
• Analyze information systems processes, and propose customized solutions to improve performance and efficiency;
• Design, develop, integrate, test and implement information systems business solutions;
• Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery;
• Assess security risks to data, retrieve and analyze data, ensuring data security and integrity;
• Conduct tests to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system changes and enhancements;
• Gather data from various sources, both internal and external, to ensure a comprehensive dataset;
• Act as a liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams to ensure alignment of data initiatives with business objectives;
• Prepare and present reports summarizing analysis results, trends, and actionable recommendations to support decision-making;
• Utilize BI tools for querying databases, creating reports, and facilitating data-driven decision-making;
• Employ statistical techniques, data mining, and analytical tools to extract valuable insights from extensive datasets.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information systems or a related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a data analyst or systems analyst in a business environment;
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights;
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools;
• Familiarity with database systems, including cloud-based data warehousing concepts;
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to align data analysis with business goals;
• Effective problem-solving skills to address business challenges using data-driven approaches;
• Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to data privacy and security
