Wage Rate: $ 36.50 per hour, for 40 hours per week. Overtime wage will be $54.75 per hour starting after 8 hours a day & 40 hours a week
Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay

Eligibility:
• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Languages: English
Job Duties:
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Prepare reports
