Wages: $26.50 per hour

Minimum Education: Completion of a college diploma or degree in hospitality management or other program related to food or beverage service management would be an asset.

Job Description
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a pizza restaurant.
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
- Handling & solving the complaints of the customers.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for the store.
- Ensure the food and service meet quality control standards.
- Promote service and improve customer satisfaction.
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Processing cash and credit payments
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
