Wage Rate: $21.00 per hour; 40 hours per week.
Overtime Rate: $31.50 per hour paid after 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
Location of employment: Unit #3, 7550 132 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W 4M7
(The candidate will be expected to work at various locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley as per work contract and demand)
Eligibility:
• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
• Experience: Will Train
• Languages: English
Job Duties:
• Load, unload and transport construction materials
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
• Mix, pour and spread materials
• Assist heavy equipment operators
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
• Level earth to fine grade specifications
• Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
