Job Position: Cook

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook Japanese dishes and food from menu, including roll, teriyaki, tempura, udon, etc.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Supervise the activities of kitchen helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, kitchen supplies and equipment
- Provide on-the-job training to kitchen helpers
- Clean kitchen and work area
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hourly Wage: C$17.62~19.00 (depending on experience)
Work Hours: 30~40 hours per week
Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary
Job Location: Surrey, BC
Requirements
Completion of secondary school is required.
A minimum of 2 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
