Blueridge Preschool Ltd. located at 3459 Goldfinch St, Abbotsford, BC V2T 6Y5 is looking to hire Early Childhood Educator Assistants with minimum high school education. Applicants should also have either a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience or a Certificate/ Diploma in the related field. This is a full-time permanent position with 32- 40 hours of work per week. The salary will be $20.00 per hour.
Following are the job duties and responsibilities of this position:
-Support early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
-Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts
-Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records
-Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children
-Plan and organize activities for children
-Assist with proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
