Description

We are looking for a person available to work as Kitchen helper where you can assist in prepping and portioning the food ingredients.


Duties and Responsibilities:

-Portion, assemble, and wrap food for later use
-Able to assist in basic food preparation
-Wash and peel vegetables and fruit
-Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
-Able to follow First in and First out
-Wash dishes using dishwasher or by hand if required
-Wipe and sanitize cupboards, appliances after each use
-store supplies in dry storage shelves, refrigerators and cupboards
-Remove trash and clear kitchen garbage containers
-Handle and store cleaning products, sharpen kitchen knives
-Perform other duties to assist cook and other kitchen staff
