Job duties
• Supervise and co-ordinate the work of cleaning staff
• Schedule and coordinate cleanings for cleaning staff on a weekly basis
• Inspect sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
• Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services
• Recruit and train new cleaning staff
• Assist cleaners in performing duties
• Clean to a very high standard
• Replenish supplies when needed
• Report on the condition of the property and/or any damages
Terms of employment
Permanent, full-time (30 hours/week)
Expected Employment Start Date: as soon as possible
Wage
$29.75/hour
Benefits
4% vacation pay
Location of work

Education: Secondary school required.
Work Experience:
Min. one year of prior supervisory experience is required.

Ability to multi-task with strong communication, organizational and administrative skills.
