Main Duties:
• Assign and review the work of employees, organizing workflow and ensuring completion of tasks on time.
• Address issues and complaints arising and put measures in place for improvements.
• Provide training to staff.
• Requisition supplies and materials.
• Conduct performance reviews of the employees.
• Ensure adherence to applicable standards, rules, and procedures for safety and security, and take part in their improvement.
Requirements:
• Secondary school education is required.
• Completion of college program related to business will be an asset.
• Minimum one year of work experience is required.
