Job Description
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience is required
Duties:
Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, pastries, pies, desserts etc. following our recipes.
Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage interest of customers
Decorate pastries using different icing, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be exciting.
Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc.
Instruct pastry assistants in preparation, garnishing and presentation of food.
Supervise pastry assistants and other kitchen staff
