Wage rate: $23 to $ 26 per hour/ To be negotiated depending on experience. 30 to 40 hours per week.

JOB REQUIREMENT
Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
Experience: 6 months Relevant experience . Company will also provide training for the right candidate.
Proficient using Microsoft Office : Spreadsheet, Ms Excel, Ms works and Outlook.
Language: English
Personal Suitability: Accurate, Organized, reliability, and attention to details.
JOB DUTIES
This role will work closely to Bookkeeper and Accounting Manager.
Create Customer invoices
Store, update and retrieve financial data
Review Data for errors and correct any discrepancies.
Prepare bank reconciliations and conduct banking.
Conduct credit and collections
Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems
Perform general office duties
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Organize and maintain inventory
Working setting : The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day; From 9am to 5pm ; Office base position.
