Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, and oversee store operations and ensure a safe working environment while complying with Bolt Wireless policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Supervise the staff and assign duties as per the company and customers’ needs and optimize the productivity of our business.
• Effective organization and planning skills with the ability to schedule people and tasks.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies by estimating potential sales volumes and monitoring the special offers released by our competitors to help determine products to be sold and help with implementing price and credit policies.
• Observe the busy hours and upcoming events to manage staff and ensure smooth operations by avoiding long wait times.
• Responsible for resolving all customer issues, with an ability to take swift and appropriate action to retain customers.
• Actively engage shoppers and determine their needs using lifestyle questions to provide a customized unbiased wireless solution.
• Effectively communicates and participates in the achievement of all sales targets including activations, accessories, and warranty.
• Demonstrate wireless products, present accessories, and device protection, and attempt to close sales with each potential customer.
• Hire and train new staff and provide orientation on our sales procedure, product packages, and overall operation of the company.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of High School
• A college Diploma or certificate in business administration or related good and service field would be an asset but not mandatory.
• One year experience in the related field would be an asset but not mandatory.
• Good at multitasking
• Good communication skills
