The Regina Open Door Society Inc. is seeking qualified individual staff for the full-time permanent position of Youth Worker. The start date for this position is January 2nd ,2024. The Youth Program assists newcomer youth to become familiar with their community and establish supportive social networks. The aim of the program is to help newcomer youth become thriving members of their community.

Qualifications
Post-secondary education, preferably degree or diploma in the area of Social Sciences or Youth Development, Community Development, however previous work experience will be considered.
2 to 3 Years of experience working with at-risk youth

Other Requirements
Reliable vehicle
Class 5 Novice 2 Saskatchewan Driver's license
Clean Drivers abstract
Child Abuse Registry
First aid/CPR
Work in person and remotely

Hours of work : Monday to Friday 8:15 AM to 4:00 PM . This position will be required to work evenings and weekends to facilitate program activities. All positions at RODS require a clean criminal check. The annual salary for this position is $ 41,551.71 ($23.67 per hour).
