Job Description
Duties:
Hiring, training and evaluating crew members;
Weekly scheduling to ensure that the store runs efficiently but keeping costs within appropriate guidelines;
Ordering food and supplies;
Maintaining accurate inventory;
Ensuring all equipment is clean and maintained;
Ensuring all paperwork is accurate and available when needed;
Must ensure that all quality controls are met;
Must ensure that all banking is done nightly and is accurate;
Must ensure that all team members are aware of all safety and security policies and that all policies are adhered to;
Must set the standards of arriving in time, in appropriate attire and leading by example;
Must create and maintain a positive work environment;
Must be available to meet with ownership to discuss store progress and requirements at least once a month;
Experience:
A minimum 1 year of Experience is required
