Caseworker -Treatment Foster Care Regina, SK - CASEW002805-00001

Location: Treatment Foster Pgrm, Regina, SK.    
Position: Part-Time Term ending August 28, 2024 with the possibility of extension.
Start Date: January 15, 2024.
Posting Closing Date: December 18, 2023.

The Caseworker of Treatment Foster Care maintains a caseload and provides clinical leadership and resources to the assigned caseload. The Caseworker provides clinical assessments, counselling, treatment plans, advocacy, team training, case management, group work, and family work. The Caseworker also provides clinical consultation to treatment foster parents, reunification families, and educational teams.

Qualifications
Education and Professional Certification
Master's degree in psychology, educational psychology, social work, or in a related human service field is preferred.  Candidates with a Bachelor's degree completing their Master's and/or related work experience will be considered.

Experience
Minimum one (1) year of experience working with individuals with complex needs, behavioral issues, developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and/or       other related issues.
Experience with clinical interventions and assessments for vulnerable persons.

Skills and Characteristics
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, mentor, and support others.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Subject matter expert in clinical and ethical issues relating to the care and support of vulnerable persons with complex needs, behavioral issues, developmental     disabilities, mental health disorders, and/or other related issues.

Services
Develop individual and family treatment plans for participants in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Wage range: $81,203 to $104,977.60 Annually
