Responsibilities:
• Preparing and cooking Mediterranean recipes and dishes
• Cleaning kitchen and work area
• Storing salad, meat and sauce at right temperature
• Ensuring food counter are stocked up
• Preparing food in accordance with the business needs
• Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Planning menus, determining size of food portions, estimating food requirements and costs
