Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Work Site Environment: Dusty, Noisy
Personal Suitability: Team player, Excellent oral communication, Reliability, Organized
Additional Skills: Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
Specific Skills:
Establish methods to meet work schedules, Read blueprints and drawings, Requisition materials and supplies, Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity, Supervise workers and projects, Train or arrange for training, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers, Co-ordinate and schedule activities
