Main duties

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the store.
• Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive measures to address any issues and continuously improve service quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales, and implement marketing strategies.
• Develop and enforce customer service policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance service delivery.
• Implement and maintain customer service metrics and performance indicators to measure departmental success and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify patterns and trends, providing insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
• Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization, emphasizing the importance of exceeding customer expectations and building long-term customer relationships
• Other tasks required by director.


Employment requirements

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• At least 2 years of experience at customer service, management or sales marketing.
• Completion of a diploma program in related field would be an asset.
• Good at communication and exchanges.
• Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, team player and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi- task, independence and prioritise multiple projects.
